The stand contains an NFC chip programmed with your Google Maps review link. When a customer brings their phone close, a notification appears or the page opens directly, and they can leave a review if they want.
Does the customer need to install an app? +
No. NFC-enabled phones read the stand natively. On some Android phones NFC must be switched on in settings.
How is the stand linked to my business’s review page? +
At checkout, enter your business name and city or paste your Google Maps link (or send it on WhatsApp). We program the stand with your direct review link before shipping. Your business needs a Google Business Profile.
Is programming included? +
Yes. Programming is free and included, so the stand arrives ready to place on your counter.
Can I use it for different branches? +
Each stand is programmed with one link. With the 2-stand bundle you can use the same link for both or a different link per branch — just list both in the business link field.
How long does delivery take? +
Usually 2–5 business days after we confirm your order on WhatsApp, depending on your city. Shipping is free across Saudi Arabia.
What if I’m not home at delivery? +
The courier contacts you before delivering, so you can arrange another time or have someone receive it for you. If you need help, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out.
Can I pay when the order arrives? +

What if it arrives damaged? What’s the returns policy? +
If your stand arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it at no cost. Because each stand is programmed to your business, returns for other reasons follow our returns policy.
